Our fishing lodges with private swims are ideal for those wanting a long fishing holiday, and those who want home comforts nearby. They all overlook our beautiful Sumners Lake, which is stocked with carp, perch, roach, pike, and bream.
Our Sumners Lake provides excellent coarse fishing, and with your own private fishing veranda, it’s the place to be!
Fishing from the luxurious lodges is included with your stay. But, you are more than welcome to fish on the other lakes, just buy a fishing day ticket from our reception and you’re ready to go.

If you’re based in or around Sussex, then why not visit us for a fishing holiday? You don’t need to travel far to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and be amongst the tranquil countryside.
We’re based in Barns Green, Horsham, surrounded by 100 acres of woodland, lakes, and footpaths. It’s a perfect location to release some of the stress of everyday life.
All four of the lodges are light and spacious, tastefully furnished, and fully equipped to a high standard. Use of electricity and gas is inclusive as well as bed linen for all beds, and towels are provided in all lodges.

Sumners Ponds Fishery and Campsite in West Sussex is a unique and beautiful spot set in the tranquil countryside amongst 100 acres of lakes, woodland, and pasture.
Perfect for a family holiday, a couple’s retreat, or a short break to recoup. Sumners Ponds has many different types of accommodation, from camping sites to pods, from lodges with fishing to shepherd’s huts, from safari tents to family fields!
The campsite itself boasts high-quality campsite facilities, acres of woodland, a working farm, and fishing lakes. All this in a beautiful and secluded setting which is perfect for just relaxing, or for the more active, exploring the many footpaths and safe cycleways within and around the site.
We also have The Cafe by the Lake, which is our restaurant and bar that is open to both those staying on-site and the general public. We aim to provide the highest standard of food and service.
