Willow’s Hide, is glamping at it’s finest and would tempt even the most reluctant campers. Sleeping up to 4 adults and 2 children means it is perfect for couples or families that love the camping experience but can’t live without a bit of luxury.
Perched on the bank of Sumners Lake, the outlook and atmosphere of this Safari Tent is unrivalled.
Bi-fold doors on to the decking area allow for stunning views of the lake at all times of the year. The central heating will keep you cosy and warm even in the winter months.
Inside there are two double bedrooms and one cosy “Nest” bedroom perfect for kids and accessed via a small ladder. In addition there is a large, open-plan kitchen and dining area, a cosy living area with a smart-TV, as well as a spacious and modern shower room – it’s hard to remember you’re in a tent!
The kitchen is fully kitted with fridge, cooking equipment, glassware, crockery and cutlery all provided.
Outside there is a large decking with your own tackle and bait shed, a private fishing platform, BBQ, and outside seating.
Use of electric and gas is inclusive, and all the bed linen and towels are provided.
Fishing on Sumners Lake from your platform is included within your stay. Guests are welcome to fish the other lakes which are near-by but will need to purchase a day ticket.
PLEASE NOTE: The accommodation is situated in a bay which allows margin fishing only.

Swallow’s Hide is another of our fantastic Safari Tents and unlike any other camping experience. Situated on the bank of the Sumners Lake the views through the fully opening bi-fold doors are superb!
The tent itself can sleep a family of four between two bedrooms but is also perfect for couples. The master bedroom comes with a double bed and the second bedroom a set of bunk beds. All the bed linen is supplied.
The living area is furnished with a sofa, tub chair, fold-up dining table and benches and a large log burner. A “smart” satellite television with catch-up services and free Wi-Fi
Also in the living area is a well equipped kitchen complete with, an oven, hob, fridge, sink, microwave and plenty of storage space. Cooking equipment, glassware, crockery and cutlery are all provided.
In the surprisingly spacious bathroom you will find a shower, flushing toilet, towel rail, sink and light-up mirror.
Outside you will find a large BBQ, picnic bench, bait and tackle storage shed complete with its own bait fridge and two lounge chairs perfect for enjoying the view.
There is a private veranda overlooking the Sumners Lake and is ideal for fishing or just relaxing and taking it all in.

Arrival time for the Safari Tents is after 4.00 pm and departure is before 10 am.
A maximum of 2 well-behaved Dogs are permitted to stay at £26 per dog per stay.
We require a security deposit of £200 for bookings. This is payable on arrival and will then be returned on departure day. £250 for guests staying with dogs, a £50 cleaning charge will occur if evidence of dogs on bedding or other furniture.
Both our Safari Tents are booked out for either three nights; Friday to Monday, four nights; Monday to Friday or seven nights; either Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday.

Please Note:
All fees paid are non-refundable. Minimum stay of four nights during the week and three nights at a weekend. Arrival/Departure date must be a Monday or Friday. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Fishing from either Safari Tent is included within your stay. However guests are also welcome to fish the other lakes which are near-by providing they have purchased a fishing Day Ticket.
If you wish to make a booking you can check availability and book online or call us on 01403 732539. We require a 50% deposit for bookings for the Safari Tents. The outstanding balance is then due 30 days before the arrival date. We do require a security deposit of £200/£250 (Dogs) paid by card for Safari Tent bookings. This is payable on arrival and will then be returned on departure.
