Robin's Nest
Nestled on the bank of Farm Pond sits our unique mini lodge Robin’s Nest. Perfect for anyone looking to relax, unwind, and recharge their batteries. It is light and cosy with tasteful furnishing and is fully equipped to a high standard.
This mini lodge comes with a kitchenette and living area, cosy double bed, and a modern shower room, not to mention your own fishing platform, BBQ (not available in Winter), and seating area outside.
Use of electricity and gas is inclusive as well as bed linen and towels are provided. Guests will need to bring their own washing-up liquid, bin bags, etc. There is a compact kitchen with a fridge, gas hob, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
Robin’s Nest has its own fishing platform and has fantastic views of the Farm Pond which is by far one of our more popular fishing lakes and is great for all levels of angler. Fishing on Farm Pond is included with your stay. Guests are welcome to fish the other lakes which are near-by but will need to purchase a day ticket. All Robin’s Nest residents have access to the other facilities on site.
Well-behaved dogs are permitted to stay in Robin’s Nest, an extra £50 will be added to the security deposit. This will be charged for extra cleaning for any evidence of dogs on bedding or furniture.
A fee of £26 for a dog is added for the week
We require a security deposit of £200 (£250 with Dogs) for bookings. This is payable on arrival and will then be returned on departure day.
How to book
Arrival days must be a Monday to Friday (4 Nights) or Friday to Monday (3 Nights). If you wish to make a booking you can check availability and book online or call us on 01403 732539.

A 50% deposit is due when booking. Outstanding balance is then due 30 days before arrival date. If you booked online you can log in and pay or call us on 01403 732539. Cancellations require one months notice to be able to provide credit. If less than one months notice is given then all funds paid will be lost. We require a security deposit of £200 paid by card for all Robin’s Nest bookings. This is payable on arrival and will then be returned on departure.
