Learning New Skills

If you ever joined scouts or brownies, or experienced DofE, you may remember learning a lot of new skills.

This is no different! Each time you go camping, you’ll most likely learn something new. Whether that’s what to bring next time, or even how to fish. It’s a great way to learn new skills.

Mental Health & Wellbeing

Getting away from the stressors of life is vital for mental health and wellbeing.

Camping is no different and is known for its many health benefits, including digital detox, more exercise, reduced stress, and a vitamin D boost.

Star Gazing

Pitching up a tent, having a full belly, and then spending a night under the stars is just what the doctor ordered!

There aren’t many opportunities to stargaze in your day-to-day life, and we probably forget how beautiful it can be. So why not get your chair ready and spend the night looking out for shooting stars, and constellations.

Creating Memories

Camping trips give you the chance to think outside the box and make up games and activities on the spot. This makes for amazing memories with your family and friends, ones that will last a lifetime!

Camping doesn’t have to be boring, it can be lots of fun, all you need is some great company and a bit of creative thinking, and voilà!
